These interfaces, provided and maintained by Google, allow us to access the necessary information securely. Please note that granting access to these areas is essential for our service to function effectively.

Your data privacy is our top priority. We have implemented several measures to ensure the safety of your data:

  1. Business Model: Our business model revolves around serving you, our users, and generating revenue solely through subscription payments. We do not engage in data selling, guaranteeing that your information remains confidential and is not exploited for commercial purposes.
  2. Regular Audits: We undergo regular security audits by Google to verify that we comply with their agreements and maintain the highest data protection standards. Any violation of these agreements could result in severe consequences, including the shutdown of our business.
  3. Transparency and Accessibility: We believe in transparency and trust. You can request the results of our security audits at any time to build trust. Simply reach out to security@sixty.app to ask for a summary of the most recent audit. Additionally, for any specific security-related questions, please use the same email address.
  4. Data Encryption and Limited Access: We store your data encrypted, providing an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access. Furthermore, our staff members have access only to the minimum amount of data necessary to perform their roles efficiently. Regular audits monitor administrative access to prevent any unauthorized use of data.

What kind of data does Sixty collect from my Google account?

The data we collect includes:

  1. Contacts: We create a comprehensive list of everyone you interact with, incorporating data from your address books, meeting participants, and email correspondence. This information is crucial for handling your incoming emails, especially when identifying unknown senders. Please be assured that this list is encrypted, ensuring that even in the unlikely event of a data breach, the information cannot be used to populate email lists for spam or other malicious purposes.
  2. Email Recipients: On a broader scale, we analyze the gathered data to create metadata, allowing other users to share some of your email filing rules. This implementation enables the AI to file emails more accurately on your behalf and that of other users. For example, if multiple users file emails from "bulky@macbulkbulk.com" into the Noise folder, the AI will eventually recognize this pattern and apply it to similar emails for other users.
  3. Folders: We maintain a complete list of your folders to keep track of email categorization and organization. This ensures that our AI effectively sorts your emails into the correct folders for easy access and efficient management.

Taking Control of Your Data

If you decide to stop the collection of your data, we offer two straightforward options:

  1. Account Deletion: You can delete your account with us. Upon receiving your request, we will delete all your data within approximately seven days, ensuring a clean break from our service.
  2. Support Request: Alternatively, you can send a support request to support@sixty.app, and we will promptly address your data collection concerns.

No Data Selling Policy

In conclusion, we are committed to protecting your data and privacy. We do not sell any user data or any derived from it. You are our only customer, and our revenue solely comes from subscription payments.
