Adding an Account

Adding an account to Sixty is a breeze.

  1. Navigate to Authorized Accounts: After logging in, click on your profile picture in the top right corner of your screen. A drop-down menu will appear. Select the "Authorized Accounts" option from this menu.
  2. Locate the add account button: Once you're in the authorized accounts section, simply click on the plus symbol in the top right corner.
  3. Log in and grant permission: You'll be prompted to log into your Google account and grant us permission to analyze your emails, contacts, and calendars.

Once added, you'll have seamless access to all the features and benefits of your connected account.

Changing Your Primary Email

Your primary email account is the gateway to your Sixty Account. It's the account you use to log in and the one we'll use to notify you about any account updates or feature enhancements. To change your primary email account, simply move the toggle to the right next to the desired email account. It's as easy as that!

Categorizing Calendars

Organizing your calendars has never been easier. With Sixty, you have the option to categorize your calendars, allowing you to apply agendas, smart alerts, and rules across similar calendars instead of selecting them individually during setup. Choose from categories like Professional, Personal, 3rd Party, Resource, Travel, Out of Office, and Other. Edit these categories by clicking on the pencil icon and selecting from the dropdown menu. Stay organized effortlessly!

Silencing a Calendar Connected to Your Account

If you no longer want Sixty to monitor a specific calendar, you can easily remove it from Sixty's features. Just move the toggle under 'Visible?' to the left, and that calendar will no longer be part of Sixty's monitoring. A simple way to fine-tune your account according to your preferences.

Remember, we're here to help you every step of the way. If you have any questions or encounter any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We're just a message away!

Enjoy the power and convenience of your Sixty Account. Happy organizing!

Disabling an Email Account

If you ever need to disable an account, perhaps temporarily or for any other reason, we've got you covered. Disabling an account will halt Sixty from processing that particular account. To disable an account, head to the Authorized Accounts page and drag the toggle under 'Enabled' to the left. Simple and convenient.
